“I noticed a difference in body awareness and muscle activation. It was very interesting. The horse started to bend much more around my right leg and was much straighter on the left rein. It really helped me to become more aware of my lower back, upper leg contact and chest. It was quite amazing the effect changing my posture had on the horse’s way of going”

Mechanical horse clinics include balance, suppleness, proprioception and strength exercises. You will also discover patterns of weakness which may affect your riding. You will also do exercises designed to improve your proprioception, which is body awareness and feel.
Keep an eye on the Facebook events page for upcoming clinics.
